Crossroads Civil is a family-owned civil construction company based in Edgecumbe and operating across Tauranga, Rotorua, Whakatāne, and the wider Bay of Plenty.
Founded by James and Tracy Whitley in 2015, the company has grown from a small local crew into one of the region’s most trusted civil construction teams.
With more than 25 years of hands-on industry experience, James has built a reputation for quality workmanship, technical skill, and a down-to-earth approach. Under his guidance, the Crossroads team has expanded to more than 30 employees, from management and administration through to supervisors, operators, and labourers, all working together to deliver projects that stand the test of time.
